The following activities are strictly prohibited on c9taya and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible reporting to relevant authorities: using the platform for any unlawful purpose; providing false or misleading information during registration or verification; attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure; engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws; and creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or exploit promotional offers. c9taya monitors platform activity continuously and will take swift action against any account found to be in violation of these rules. Players who witness prohibited conduct by other users are encouraged to report it to our support team.
c9taya provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's end. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, c9taya's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
c9taya reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players through the platform or via email.
